Channel 2 news reported that there is a Tax website listing all persons who have over paid their taxes....That's the good news...the bad news is if the homeowner is not aware of the overpayment within a three year period the refund is kept by the city!

      

To collect the overpayment an Application For Property Tax Refund must be submitted.
